Product information and prices

• All prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in Estonia.
• Delivery costs will be added to the product prices, depending on the delivery method and location; you will see this before confirming your order.
• Promotional prices are valid during the campaign.

Placing an order

1. Select a product and add it to your shopping cart.
2. Enter delivery address and contact details.
3. Choose the delivery and payment method that suits you.
4. Confirm your order and pay in a secure payment environment.

Payment is made in the provider's secure environment outside the online shop. We accept local bank links and card payments. The order will take effect once payment is received.

Delivery time and liability

• Delivery time is usually 1-5 working days in Estonia.
• If the product is out of stock, we'll let you know and refund your payment or arrange a new delivery time.
• We are responsible for the quality and delivery of the products until they are handed over to you or your courier.

Cancellation and return

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• To withdraw, send a free-form letter by e-mail. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
• Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Cosmetics cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened due to health and hygiene reasons.
• We will refund you within 14 days via the same payment method.

Claims

If the product is faulty, contact us within two months of discovering the fault. We will resolve the claim within a reasonable time. If you cannot reach an agreement, you have the right to take the matter to the Consumer and Technical Protection Agency.

Other conditions

The contract shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We will settle any disagreement by negotiation or in Harju County Court.
