VELVETSKIN E-SHOP DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Camouflage	Description	Price
Parcel machines (Itella Smartpost, Omniva, DPD)	We deliver to the parcel machine of your choice. It usually arrives within 1-3 working days. You will receive the code by SMS.	3 €-5 € (depending on the service provider)
Kuller	A courier delivers to your address. We will arrange times by phone.	5 €-7 €
Replacement of a workplace or a salon	You can pick up the goods yourself at our Tallinn address.	Free of charge

We ship within Estonia. We can also ship to Latvia or Finland, prices and delivery times may vary.

We process orders on working days. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline starts the following working day.
If there are products in the order that require different delivery times, we will use the longest delivery time or send the available products by separate agreement.
If the parcel is not received within the time limit, we will send a reminder. If the parcel is not picked up, the goods will be considered abandoned and returned to us; you will bear the cost of reshipment.
